So here's the tips:

Tips for Decorating a Small Nursery

  • Be wise Choosing The Furniture

Considering there's only small space you have, then it needs to be only the necessary furniture in the room. Making sure the furniture meets current safety standards is very important for the safety of your baby. And if it's possible, buy a furniture that has multiple purpose like dressers that double as a changing table, cribs with a storage drawer below, crib & changer combos, armoires that transform into a media center, or cubby benches that offer seating and storage. The key is getting all must-have furniture you need but could save space as much as possible.

  • Storage is Very Important

Baby is a tiny person who requires so much stuff, so there has to be enough storage to store those stuff. Look around and use every space you have wisely. It's not only floor which is called space but also the wall or even ceiling. It's better to use other space besides floor since it allows you to save some more space. But when you do this, you should remember that the safety is top priority, so make sure you don't make a critical mistake like placing the toys and books shelf above the crib. Since it's too dangerous for your baby if it accidentally falls.

  • Keep it Clutter and Tidy

Get rid of anything that's unnecessary! All those messed up stuff can make the room looks even smaller than it is.

  • Brighter Interior is Better for Small Space Room

Light color can make the room looks larger than it is. So it's better to use white or any other light color for the interior. You can add some vivid color decoration to bring the fun to the room. Find the best theme you like for the baby and start your decorating.
